APPLICATION OF THE ACT. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON. Friday. The Government has issued an order-m----council applying the Companies Act, with the exception of certain clauses, to Samoa. There is to be a registrar of companies in Samoa. He is not to issue a of incorporation to any company unless he believes that tho objects .for which the proposed company is to be established have relation principally to Samoa, and that the business of tho company, or a material j?arfc of it, is to be earned "on in Suae*,
