STOLEN MOTOR PARTS.
MANAGER SENT TO GAOL. [BY TEIJ2CRAPH. —PBESS ASSOCIATION.] CERISTCHURCH. Frid»y. In the Supremo Court to-day Edward William Harris, manager of the United Motor Company, Kaikoura, and Jamea John Gibson, the company's foreman, who yesterday were found guilty on charges of receiving stolen motor parts, appeared for sentence. The jury had recommended that leniency be extended to Gibson. Harris was sentenced to 18 months' hard labour, and Gibson was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon.
