Getting on to a small platform, protected only by low ornamental ironwork on tlie top of one of tho gablo ends, he began to address a mythical audience, gesticulating wildly. After a time ho was persuaded to descend, and, on reaching; the ground, was taken in hand by tho attendants-. The same individual escaped from the institution a few days before, and was iecaptured after a chase of nearly a mile and a half. He has now beon removed to /motlva; mejrtal hospital,
