TROUBLE IN RESTAURANT. FAILURE OF PROSECUTION. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCffIJRCH, Wednesday. At the Magistrate's Court to-day the case against Leonard Wilkinson and Thomas Ferguson of having stolen a sum of money from a Chinese and a second charge against Wilkinson of haying stated lie was a detective were dismissed.
