TO-DAY'S FORECAST. GOVERNMENT REPORT. The Government meteorologist reported Ufit night as follows:—Present indications are for westerly winds, increasing strong to galo, especially in and southward of Cook Strait. Weather will be warm and fair to cloudy in East Coast districts, but becoming unsettled elsewhere, with rain in districts with a westerly aspect. Tho barometer is falling. MR. C. L. WRAGGE'S FORECAST. The following weatlier forecast was supplied to us by Mr. Clement L. Wraggo last evening :-Conditions should continue fair to cloudy in northern districts under a moderately liigh pressrro, but matters will probably be unsettled, with rain following in tho South, as the Antarctic disturbance Baalah comes up, affecting northern districts later.
