THE LEAGUE GAME. PABNELL CLUB'S ACTIVITIES. The annual meeting of the Parnell Leaffofl Football Club waa attended by a large number of members and intending members. Many new playero have been enrolled, and the club hopes to plaoo five teams m the field this sawon. Special efforts have been made for enoouragmg players irom hevmaiket to join the Parnell club, and the results are very satisfactory. The balancesheet showed, the club to be in a sound financial position. A working bee will shortly be swatted fot the purpose of vnakinc a new i>laying ground at Campbell* Point, where a practice match will h? played on Saturday. RICHMOND ROVERS CLUB.
The annual meeting of ihe Richmond Rovers Football Club was hek at Richmond yeeterdr-y. Mr. B. W. D-avis and there wsh a large attend*ice. .
