A HEINOUS CRIME.

MURDER FOR REVERENT ACT.

JUDGE'S PASSrONATE PROTEST. A. and K.Z. LONDON, March 15.

Mr. Justice Wilson delivered a remarkable judgment at the Armagh Assizes relating to a compensation claim rising from tho murder of John Cosgrovo by Sinn Feiners last June. His Honor said he had never heard of a more hellish and devilish crime. The Sinn Feiners murdered O'Hanlon as a supposed spy, and then, because Cosgrove, who was O'Hanlon's cousin, lifted and washed the body, tho Sinn Feiners forced him to bid adieu to his wife and family, and shot him ill cold-blood outside his house.

Even tho Jews and the Romans did not insult the divine women who washed Christ's body. The murder of Cosgrovo had been carried out in a spirit of malice that sprang from a bottomless hell, and it called to heavon for revenge. Unless the people's spiritual leaders denounced such crimes, their palaces and temples should become the abode of foxes and owls. If he had the power he would make the perpetrators, and their children to the fourth generation, serfs to Cosgrove'B widow and her descendants. His Honor increased tho compensation from £1530 to £1750.
