UNDEFENDED DIVORCE.
TWO DECREES NISI GRANTED. Txc undefended divorce petitions were heard in the Supreme Court yesterday by Mr Justice Herdman. Adultery and habitual cruelty were the grounds of a petition by Irene Herepath ?ifj. Dickson), for the dissolution of her marriago with Hugh Phillip Harding Herepath. , Mr. Dickson said this case nad previously' been partly heard, but had been adjourned for the production of further evidence. He put in as evidence certain admission* made. His Honor: Are there any children? Mr. Dickson: No, sir. It is a case of 6traight-out divorce. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute in three months. Respondent was ordered to pay costs on the lower scale. Constructive desertion was the basis of a petition by Alexander Tullock Kebbell, of Auckland (Mr. Singer), ior the dissolution of his marriage with FUzabeth Mary Kebbell (Mr. Hogb«n). I ititioner stated that for about 12 months prior to hia goinc into camp in 1918, respondent and he had not lived together. When he returned home in November of the same year, and with but two exceptions during the early part of December, 1918, respondent had consistently refused to live with liirn. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute in three months, respondent to have the interim custody of the child. GET "DOMO" DETAILS.
