WINDING-UP WAIHI RIVER CO.
A resolution that the • Waihi River Gold Extraction Company, lAd.. be wound' up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908. was passed yesterday at a meeting of shareholders presided over by the chairman of directors, Mr. T. TJ. Wells. A further meeting to confirm this resolution will be held on March 15.
