EGYPT FOR EGYPTIANS.
LORD ALLENBY'S POLICY.
APPROVAL OF THE CABINET.
RELATIONS ON NEW BASIS. By Telegraph— Press Association-Copyright. Times. LONDON. Feb. 19. The Times correspondent confirms the report that Lord Allenby has reached a complete understanding with the Cabinet. Mr. Lloyd George fully concurred in certain amendments to give fuller effect to the British proposals. The reimlt places Anglo-Egyptian relations on an entirely new basis. Egyptian liborties and British interests will be firmly established, responsibility for Egyptian administration will be laid upon Egyptians themselves, and the conduct of the various departments will be placed more in tho hands of Egyptians, the British personnel being gradually reduced.
