DISPOSITION IN ATLANTIC.
FIVE POWERS TO CONFER. A. Md N.Z. WASHINGTON. Feb. 17. The acting-Secretary of State, Mr. Fletcher, has called a meeting of the International Communications Conference next week to settle the disposition of three ex-German Atlantic, cables. Sir Auckland Geddes, M. Jusserand, Signor Kicci, and Baron Shidehari will represent Britain, France, Italy, and Japan, respectively.
