FOUR PEOPLE DROWNED.
I • SULKY BACKED INTO RIVER.j AUSTRALIAN FATALITY. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY. Feb. 17. A fourfold river fatality is reported from South Woodburn, Mrs. Dagg, her two children and her sister-in-law being drowned. They were driving in a sulky in tho evening along the bank of the Richmond River, and it is surmised that 'the horse backed the sulky over the bank.
