INDUSTRY RECOVERING.
FIXED PRICES RESTORED. A. and N.Z. ■ LONDON. Feb. 14. The Scottish and English Steelmakers' Associations have agreed to revert to the fixed minimum prices, which were abandoned last October. The makers state that they are now able to compete successfully with their Continental rivals in the overseas markets. Consumers in Britain are largely cancelling Continental orders and replacing them with homo steel.
