ALLIANCE HOTEL.
LIQUOR LICENSE GRANTED. Australian and N-Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 7.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 15.
Tho Licensing Court granted an application for the transfer of a liquor license to tho Alliance Hotel.
When tho directors of tlie Allianco Hotel sold their interests in 1920 it was understood that the premises would remain temporarily as a temperance hotel and eventually be used for business purposes. The application to transfer a liconse to sell liquor from another city hotel to the Allianco Hotel aroused much public interest.
