REDUCTION LAST YEAR. LONDON. Feb.. 2For the first tune since 1913-1914 the National Debt has been reduced as compared with the previous year. The total aggregate gross liability in 1922 if £7,654,000,000, which is £244,000,000 below that for 1920-21.
