TEAM TO SAIL IN SEPTEMBER. A. «nd N.Z. PERTH. Feb. 13. Mr. A. C. MacLaren, in his letter, intimates that his team of amateur cricketers, which is to visit New Zealand, is leaving England in the first week in September. Ho adds: "I am not satisfied that our best amateurs were accorded full
opportunities by the selectors in the last tests, England's strength lies in her amateurs rather than her professionals."
