GERMAN MAGNATE'S MOVE. A. and N.Z. . BERLIN, Jaa, 6. It is reported that Hugo Stinnes has purchased a warehouse in Petrogrnd, and is negotiating with the Soviet to organise maritime communications between Petrograd and German ports. Amsterdam and Balavia advices state that Stinnes has offered the Badeng municipality a 6 per cent, loan for municipal works, conditionally on the Stinnes con[cem executing the work.
