POLICE PATROL REPULSED. COMMANDANT KILLED. i i (Received 7.80 p.m.) ' Beutor. DELHI, Dec. 13A detachment iof North-west Frontier constabulary, when attempting to round up a settlement of border /outlaws, was outnumbered by the tribesmen and retired, losing their commandant, Mr. Andrews, who was killed. The assistantcommandant was wounded, and there were six other casualties.
