LOAN OF' £5,155,000 IN LONDON. Australian and N.Z. Cablq Asaociation. (Reed. 8.5 p.m.) LONDON, Dec 3. The Straits Settlements' Government is underwriting a loan of .£5,155,000 at 6 per cent., to be issued at £97 and to bo repayable 1936-51.
