LONDON, Nov. 16.
Following the breaking off of associations between Scottish and English steelmakers, a price war has begun, the English manufacturers offering Clyde firms ship plates and angles at 20s « ton below Scottish prices. This has resulted in instructions to shipbuilders to carry out suspended orders.
