MOTOR-CAR ACCIDENT.
COLLISION WITH A TRAM.
THREE PASSENGERS HURT.
A collision between a motor-car and a traincar occurred in Symonds Street at the Grafton Bridge corner at about 4 p.m. on Saturday. The motor-car was coming up Symonds Street when it struck a safety zone post and collided with a stationary traincar. One of the occupants of the motor-car, Mr. Christopher Waterstone, a married man, residing at Sale Street, Freeman's Bay, received scalp wounds which necessitated his admission to the Auckland Hospital. Two other occupants, Mr. Ernest H. Burbridge, of Pompallier Terrace, Ponsonby, and Mr. Stanley Lawson, received minor injuries requiring medical attention before they proceeded home.
