WATERSIDE WORKERS' UNION
ELECTION OF EXECUTIVE. The executive of the Auckland Waterside Workers' Union has been elected as follows: —Messrs. Basham, Schofield, Estall (representing the stevedores), Hogan, Clarke, Whittaker (truckers and shed hands), Wheeler, Thompson, and Copeland (coal men). Mr. Sillier has been reelected secretary unopposed, and Mr. F. Stanley has been elected walking delegate. Mr. O. Mason was returning officer. The vice-presidents have yet to be elected.
