CHANGES OF VICARS.
Several changes of vicars in the Auckland diooeso are announced.
Archdeacon F. G. Evans, os Taranaki, who recently resigned his charge, has withdrawn his resignation in deference to the wjjhes of the Anglican Bishop of Auckland, Dr. A. W. Averill,' and at the request of the Church of England people in Tajanaki. The Rev. (j. Coates has been appointed vicar of the Church of the Jipiphany. Karangahape Road, as from the beginning of next year. Canon Foster, who is at present acting locum tenums at Papatoeto e for the " ev - T- C. Davis, has been appointed vicar of St. Barnabas, Mount Eden for 12 months, and Canon E. J. McFarlaad, the retiring vicar, has received the appointment of vicar at St, Heliers Bay as from January 1 next.
