Mr. Orr Walker, S.M., of Taranaki, ha* been appointed Chief Justice at Samoa iu place of Mr. Wyvern Wilson, formerly an Auckland magistrate, who is returning to New Zealand. Mr. Walker leaves next month for Samoa. Mr. Mosley, S.M., of Otago, comes to Taranaki.
