PROROGATION IN AUGUST. NO AUTUMN SESSION. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. CRecd. 10.5 pan.) LONDON, July 25. The Cabinet has decided that the Parliamentary session shall end on August 26. There will be no autumn session unless the situation in Ireland necessitates the summoning of Parliament.
