GANDHI'S NEW CAMPAIGN.
BOYCOTT OF FOREIGN CLOTH. Reuter. DELHI, July 24. Gandhi and the Ali brothers are busily campaigning in Bombay Presidency for a complete boycott of foreign cloth by August 1. Many meetings are held daily, and the audiences are urged to destroy their clothes made of foreign cloth or to despatch them somewhere outside India for the relief of the poor.
