ITALY AND THE SOVIET.
TRADE AGREEMENT DRAFTED. DEBTS TO BE RECOGNISED. A. and N.Z. LONDON, July 24. The Home correspondent! of thfe Morning Post states that Italy and Russia are about to sign a commercial agreement similar to the Anglo-Rusian convention., and subject to the proviso that Russia will meet her previous obligations.
