THE ST. HELIERS CLUB.
The annual meeting of the St. Hcllera Bay Croquet Club was held on Thursday. Ibc president. Mrs. Melkop. occupied the chair, and there waa a good attendance. The report and . ba'ancc-shret were considered very satisfactory. The followvns officers were elected:—President. Mr«Gower; vice-president, Mrs. Hill; honorary secretary and treasurer, Mrs- F. E. Low©-* general committee, Mesdames Felion. Cracitnell and Darroch; match committee, Mi-s----daxnss Biggs end Keys and Miss Appleyard; delegates to the Croquet Association. Mr. Melleop and the, secretary. The president made a presentation of a silver photo frame to the secretary. Mrs. Lowe, jn acknowledgment of service* rendered for .th*-past two seasons. The following were the pri*e winners this season;— President's, huecicap, A grade: Mrs. Key*, 1: Mr. Ofldwelt. 2. B grade: Mrs. Hill. Mr. Smith's trophy,: Mrs. Keys, Combined handicap.
