EXCLUSION OF HAPSBURGS.

The Vienna correspondent of the Daily Herald states that the Allied representatives at Buda Pest have sent a Note to the Hungarian Government demanding the abdication of the Regency by Admiral Horthy, the replacement of the present Government by a coalition representing all parties, which shall undertake to "hold new elections immediately, the dissolution of the Magyar irredentist organisations which are demanding a war of revenge, and the passing of a law d: throning the Hajisburg dynasty by the present National Assembly prior to its dissolution.
