CONFERENCES OVERSEAS.
MR. MASSEY'S SUGGESTION. A. and N.Z. LONDON. May 27. The Daily Chronicle, commenting on Mr. Mas>ey's speech, says there are obvious inconveniences in his suggestion that two out of three meetings of the Imperial J Conference should be held overseas, for 1 any Dominion capital would be less tral than London for most other members of the Empire but the proposal that conferences should be held in the Dominions from time to time is worth consideration. 1 Such visits would be instructive to our statesmen, and would be as convenient to some of the Prime Ministers.
