GERMANY'S REPARATION
A BEGINNING MADE. RAILWAY MATERIAL RESTORED (Received 1.5 a.m.) Renter. BERLIN, May 21. Definite measures for the execution by Germany of the reparation terms are officially announced, comprising indemnification of exporters for the levy imposed by the Entente Governments on German exports. The German Government has also begun the restitution of railway material seized in Allied countries during the war. A first instalment of 5000 waggons has been delivered.
