V, Thomas Dunn was fined £5, in default. * 14 days' imprisonment, for, being) disorderly while drunk on Friday evening, ~ with a like penalty and alternative for having resisted ' the constable who arrested him. The police said be was- '? mad druink" at the time,' and was kicking at a shop door in Qneen Street, He had several previous convictions for drunkenness. . Fines of £3 were imposed on. Alfred : ■- John Cook, -Leonard Henry James Cattlet, and WUHanr McDevitfc for having committed nuisances in the street; McDevitt was" drunk at the time. and. was convicted anc> discharged on that, charge.
