OUTRAGE IN AMERICA.
CHICAGO EXPRESS DERAILED. 21 PASSENGERS INJURED. A. and N.Z. NEW YORE, May 16. A train wreck occurred near Bloomington, Illinois, when the Chicago-Alton express was derailed. Railway officials declare that a gang, whose identity is unknown, planned to wreck the express, which plunged into an open switch when travelling at 50 miles an hour. Twenty-one passengers were injured.
