LARGE AMOUNT REPAID.

It is authoritatively learned that the French Government is seeking another loan in the United States, the amount and terms of which have not been settled. Mr. J. P. Morgan confirms the report that French Treasury Bills outstanding in the United States amount to less thah 10,000,000 dollars, against 75,000,000 dollars in October last. France has paid 215,000,000 dollars to the United States in the last six months.
