REPORT FROM D ANNEVIRKE. DISCOVERY IN RANGES. [BT TKLEGBAPK. —PSESS ASSOCIATION.) DANNEV3EKE, Tuesday. Ngamoko, a small settlement nea! Norsewood, in close proximity to the Ruahine Ranges, is excited over the reported discovery of gold in the Ruahines. It is reported that a settler at Norsewood. Mr. Pomerang, who has been prospecting in the Ruahines for soma time, obtained some specimens which are said to be gold-bearing. These have been forwarded to the Mines Department, Wei lington, for a report. To-day a large party left for the Ruahines on a prospecting trip.
