EMPLOYMENT AND IMMICRATION.
Sir,—l was pleased to see the letter signed "Maorilander," wliich quite bears out my own experience. As an exImperial soldier. I took advantage of the Government's offer of a free passage to New Zealand, being assured I should do better here than in the Old Country. But having been here two months, I am still without employment, and I am plainly told that immigrants are not «anted here. So the best thing I»can do is to go back Home at my own expense. Disappointed.
