DISPUTE AT MILLERTON.
NO WORK DONE IN MINE. [BT TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WESTPOBT. Saturday. The Millertoa coal mine was idle today owing to a dispute between the management and the miners over men being sent home because a man or men in charge of their particular face or face 3 were not at work. The Act provides that the man in charge of a working face must have two years' experience in mining. The men contend that if the man ia charge does not come to work, his gang should be found other work instead of being sent home.
