HOHENZOLLERN SMUGGLER.
EITEL FREIDRIC CHARGED. ADMISSION OF THE FACTS. A. and N.Z. BERLIN, May 11. Prince Eitel Freidric, the ex-Kaiser's son, is to be tried for attempting to smuggle valuables worth 337,0 CX) marks out of Germany through tbe banking house of Grusser and Philipsohn.
The Prince does not deny the facts, but pleads the right of self-protection. As an anxious father, he was morally bound to provide for the existence of his family.
