PERSIANS BOMBARDED. RUSSIAN MINISTER STOPPED. EXPLANATION DEMANDED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received 11.45 p.m.) A. and N.Z. DELHI, April 23. Bolshevik forces from Bosht are bombarding the Persian Cossacks' positions. The Persian Premier has ordered the new Russian Minister, who is a few days' journey from Teheran, not to proceed until an explanation is given. A protest has also been addressed to Moscow.
