INFLUENZA ON STEAMER.
CASES AT THURSDAY ISLAND. Australian and N.Z Cable Association. (Becd. 11.30 p.m.) MELBOUBNE. April 12. The Federal Director of Health reports that the steamer Glenluss is quarantined at Thursday Island with eight cases of influenza aboard. He also reports that the first case of hookworm in Western Australia has been discovered north of Broome.
