MIRAMAR JOINS THE CITY. The amalgamation of the Borough of Miramar with the City of Wellington became- effective on Tuesday. Aa a result the area of the Wellington murricipalitv has been increased by 2254 acres, and now compnses 15,951 acres. The population of the new area is over 2000. The borouzh was constituted in 1904. g
