The arrangement are so complete that bathers at the Devonport • beaches may rest assured that they will ' be carefully -watched by the patrols while bathing there. Demonstrations ,of lifesaving -will be given on the Cheltenham beach, near the tea kiosk at noon on ' January 1. 1 p.m. on January 2, and 1.30 ; p-rn. on January 3.
