She wCI be the third wife of Viscount Melville, of Melville Castle, Lasswade, .Midlothian, who is in his 78th year. The wedding is expected to take place shortly. Viscount Melville refused to be interviewed, but Miss Todd, seen at her home, admitted the. engagement, but defined to make any statement. The family seat is a massive building standing some miles to the south of .Edinburgh. It occupies the site of the traditional home of David Rizzio. favourite of Mary Queen of Scots, and is known through its association with a celebrated Scottish song, "Willie's gane to Melville Castle."'
