COMMERCIAL TRAVELLERS.
SUCCESSFUL CLUB YEAR. j The annual meeting of the Auckland I Commercial Travellers and Warehouses men's Association and Club was held in a the club buildings last evening, the presil dent, Mr. W. Boak presiding. The e annual report and balance-sheet disclosed a a satisfactory position. The credit to the B profit and loss account had increased " from £802 to £1532, while an overdraft of £340 at the commencement of the year had been replaced by cash credits of £127. The membership showed an increase, the numbers being: Association. 530 : club, 222; total, 752. The election of officers resulted:-— President, Mr. H. J; Clifford: vicepresidents, Messrs. A. G. Cooke, W Sadler, D. W. McLean and P. Suckling; lion, treasurer. Mr. S. VMoses. The count of votes for the committee was not coneluded last night.
