TURKS AND ARMENIANS.
SIGNING OF PEACE TREATY. PRACTICAL DISARMAMENT. Times. PARIS. Dec. 10. The French Foreign Office has received a telegram from Tiflis stating that a peace treaty between the Turkish Nationalists and the Armenians was signed at Alexandropol. The Armenians retain Erivan and Lake Golcha, but surrender the fortresses of Kars and Alexandropol, and also practically all arms and ammunition.
