BOLSHEVISM IN ARMENIA.
SOVIET RULE ESTABLISHED. A MILITARY DICTATORSHIP. Renter. CONSTANTINOPLE, Dec. 8. The Armenian Minister for War has proclaimed a military dictatorship. His forces, in conjunction with Bolshevik troops at Baku, advanced toward Erivan, where an Armenian Soviet Republic was proclaimed.
