The following is a summary of the Lnited Kingdom trade returns for November. showing increases or decreases, as compared with the returns for November, 1919 ;— Increase or Imports ... £144,260,183 Decrease. Imports ... £144,260,185 £714,9&d+ Exports ... £119.564,994 £52,254,463+ Re-exports £15,114.859 £7.151,550* tlncrease. 'Decrease.
The chief increases of imports were :— Grain and flour, £4,441,750, and manufactured oils and fats, £5,978,065. The chief decreases were : — Dutiable food and drink. £4.253,697. and raw wool, £4,459.810. The chief increases of exports were:— ( otton yarns and manufactures. £9,957,880; vehicles. £6.303,187; iron and steel, £5,422.762.
