The weather is still dull in most parts of the Dominion, but has greatly improved to-day. Present indications are for south to south-easterly breezes generally with the weather cloudy to overcast at times in most parts of the Dominion. Scattered rainfall is likely. The barometer is unsteady, with a rising tendency in the South.
