BILLS ON AUSTRALIA.
NEW RATES ANNOUNCED.

LONDON. Dec. 7.
The associated Australasian banks announce that from Friday the rate for negotiating bills on Australia will be 70s per cent, on sight, with an additional 12s 6d for each 30 days. The rate for cable transfers on Australia will be reduced from par to 20s per cent, discount.
