[BT TELEGRAPH.OWN COBBESI'OXDEKI] THAMES. Wednesday. At a meeting of the Thames Harbour Board last night the matter of the Thames Harbour Commission was considered. Messrs. F. J. Burgess, formerly rnagis trate and warden, and W. S. Short, late Under-Secretary for Public Works, had b§n suggested by the board as suitable commissioners. The following were appointed a special committee to represent. the board before the commission:— Messrs. W. S. Scott, J W. Danbv H. 0. Cooper, E. N. Miller, F. H. Claxton, and C. Harris.
